Starting with the designer's initial character sketches, aimL elaborated them into detailed costume specifications and practical dance sequences. We mapped out multi-axis mechanical joints for each bear size and costume style—calculating motor torque requirements to overcome costume fabric resistance and ensure fluid, natural movements aligned with mechanical feasibility.

We brought in robotics engineers to evaluate dance routine feasibility and ensure long-term motion durability. We also guided the custom fabrication of the teddy bear costumes to guarantee the internal mechanics operated smoothly without tearing fabric or causing motor drag.
